body old before my time

hello again here a problem I was wondering about. my I am only 43 yet my body look a lot older I am doing the seven weeks to 100 push up challenged and a month in yet my body still seem old looking for my age I try to eat healthy as possible I was told to this would give a healthy body and tone look I have put this in the bodyweight section because this I only train use in my body any suggestion thanks
 
First of all everyone genetics are different so you may look a little older than your peer's.
And if you think it's because your lack of exercise then i wouldn't just focus on push up's get a full body workout routine either body weight or with free weights, and also try to go for a run or a bike ride every one and then.
WATER , very important make sure you drink about 3 to 4 liters a day and keep eating healthy.
