Body Fat % and lasertag
Hey, today I decided to check out my body fat percentage at the gym. I used a bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), I entered my weight and height first but after that when it asked for the age it did not go under 18 (I'm 14). So naturally, I simply put my age as 18 and I got a bodyfat % of 12 after holding the BIA out in front of me. So I'm curious about a few things.
1. Was my BFP disrupted by my age?
2. If not, is 12% a healthy BFP? Is there room to improve?
3. If it did get disrupted, how do I modify the 12% with the four years that I was from 18 to get my real BFP?
My next question is, around how many calories does one burn when playing laser tag? Me and my friends play around 5+ hours per week.
