Body Fat %??

How do you find out what your Body Fat % is and you Muscle % is? because its really hard to find out how much fat i wanna lose...
if any 1 can help me with this id be grateful.

Buy a caliper, or most gyms have one you can use. Or if one of your friends has a scale that can tell you your bf% (these aren't very accurate, but can give you an idea, hence why I'm not telling you to purchase one)

The easiest way to measure body fat is either calipers or a hand held device. Both have a margin of error of about 3%.

The handheld device can have a larger margin of error depending on your hydration level, sodium level, food intake, temperature, etc.

Caliper measurements need to be taken in at LEAST 3 areas and then averaged out. A professional should do this for you as most people pinch muscle and fat or not enough skin.

Both can be found at Amazon.com and both are cheap. Both give estimates, but for most people... that's all that is needed. The number is not as important as the "level" you are in. Healthy, obese, normal, etc.

The most important thing is the pattern. So long as the body fat continues to decline (to safe levels). Do a search at Amazon for "bio impedence" or "hand held body fat analyzer". I like Omron's for around $30.

You can get a Accufitness Fattrack II (it's a digital and calcs for you) and a myotape from www.bodybuilding.com. It's about $30 or so. I have one and I enjoy it. I've also got an Omron coming from Amazon, when they get it in stock. They had a sale on the 306 for $27.xx and it looks like a lot of people may have taken them up on it.
