Morning folks.
Just a quick question about Body Fat. I had a BF% test done in my work gym yesterday just to get an idea of what it was at. The electronic one (where you put in height weight age then hold onto the metal contacts) came back with 13% which we thought was low, when the trainer used his calipers it came back with 23% (which is much more realistic considerng my physique).
We decided that we would do the test again in a month to see what i've gone down to. Basically he said i'm not eating enough... which we already know.... i've managed to get myself up to about 1600cals a day (i know, i know, dont shout) and we are going to try and get me up to 3000 cals a day this month. Also im going to start with some heavier weights with lower reps.
How much of a decrease should I be aiming for.. is it going to be litterally a percent or two? What should my BF% really be, just wanna know what to aim for
