Hi there, I'm new to this forum and looking for some advice. I'm female, 5'6, 130lbs so within the healthy BMI range, and my body fat is 28.4%. I have recently lost over 4 stone and my stomach looks like a deflated beachball
I do an hour of cardio 5 days a week (jogging or stationary bike) and have recently started some light weights, concentrating mainly on my arms. I need to know (because the internet is telling me loads of different things) what percentage body fat I need to have visible abs, how it is possible to achieve this and a rough estimate of how long it will take. I am on a VLCD (500-600cals a day) and in ketosis (this is all approved by my doctor so no lectures please, it works for me) Any tips would be much appreciated.
