Body Fat Percentage

there are a few websites you can check out... but i think the best way is to go to your doc or a nutritionish and get an actual reading...sometimes gyms/fitness centers can do it for you too... Usually they do a handheld thing that you hold out in front of you and they put in your height age, weight etc...but you can get close numbers on websites like bodybuilding.com and you can google others.
 
I would say the best way is hydrostatic testing, but no one really does it that way, so if you use calipers then they are the second best. Those web sites are pieces of crap and very variable on people, so pretty much not right at all.
