My main aim is to eliminate my excess body fat but am having difficulty. I jog a lot (30-50mins 4-5 times a week) and do occasional weight training. I understand the need to combine the two but do not want to get too muscular, just want to be very lean.
I am 6ft 2 and 11st 11, so not exactly overweight; this is part of the problem. I don't need to lose weight per se, just to eliminate the body fat. As stupid as this may sound, I would also like to know how to reduce facial body fat. Are there many effective facial exercises?
What sort of cardio:weights ratio should I be aiming for? At the moment it is around 75-25. As I say, I do not want to be muscular so do not want to increase the weight training aspect too much.
