Body composition?

I came across a body composition scale (at my relatives' house) and am curious as to what the results mean. I've found stacks of sites about body fat percentage (mine- after 5 weeks of being "off diet" and having put on a fair bit- is still within healthy as far as I can tell at 26.5%), but this scale also gave water, muscle, and bone. I can't remember what all the numbers were (I didn't write them down)- but does anyone know where one can find guideline information (like for body fat percentage) on what percentages mean for water, muscle, and bone? (I'm particularly interested in bone because my uncle who showed me the scales was concerned about my result- mine was 2%, and he said his should be 3.5%).

Amy this site has a good chart but take the reading from the bioelectric impedance scales with a grain of salt as the give you a fair idea but are not the most accurate method. as for the water, muscle and bone readings don't bother with them.
