I am posting this introduction in hope of making some great connections with others seeking peak health and and maximum fitness. Anybody is welcome to connect.
In general I do 90 minutes of cardio with 60 minutes of resistance 6 days a week. I rest resistance Tuesday and cardio every 10 days or so. My resistance is lower weights but high reps, then heavy every 3rd workout.
My diet is mostly whole foods: lean meats, whole grains, nuts, low fat dairy, fresh fruits and veggies. I eat around 3000 calories daily roughly balanced at 30% Protein, 40% Carb and 30% Fat.
I lost 78lbs and nearly 20% body fat - it works for me. As I get closer to my weight goal, my focus is changing from weight loss to weight maintenance and fat loss.
