BMR and lean mass

The more lean mass you have, the higher your BMR, correct? Well this got me to thinking (which can be dangerous sometimes). That would make it a lot easier to cut the more lean mass you had.

So essentially, after each bulking period, it is effectively easier to cut to a certain BF%. Is this correct?

If so, I may consider not waiting till im below 10% BF before bulking.

yes, the more lean muscle you have, the more calories needed to maintain that lean muscle.

in terms of cutting, you still need the same 10-20% calorie deficit...but with more lean mass and a higher BMR, it means you get to eat a little more food during your cut than someone with less muscle mass, more fat, and the same total body weight.
