BMR, and calorie intake question

OK.. I posted a while back and I have been lurking on the forums for a while and have learned a ton of information. But here's my situation and questions: I'm 22 years old, about 6'2'', and when I started my diet and exercise i weighed 311, and now I'm at 287. I eat 6 meals a day and they have been about 350cal each. Now, after doing the math on the BMR site ( ) and factoring in my level of activity, it says I should be around 4100cal a day to maintain my weight. So I should drop this to 3600 a day to loose weight? To me that seems like an awful lot of calories, especially since I have the matabolism of a sloth, but I could be completely wrong.

Also, my exercise routine looks something like this
Monday: 30-45mins bike, arms, shoulders, chest and back
Tuesday; 30-45mins bike, legs
Wednesday: 30-45mins bike, arms, shoulders, chest and back
Thursday: 30-45mins bike, legs
Friday: 30-45mins bike
Saturday: 30-45mins bike, Full body exercise
Sunday: my recliner and hella football =)

Thanks in advance guys for any input you can give me which can help to further my progression.

6*350 = 2100. I'm 5'7-8 and 185 lbs and I eat more calories than that. Avg day, I eat anywhere between 2500-3000. MY BMR is roughly 1900 so factor in activity level, it would be around 3200-3500. Though I'm not trying to lose weight fast, I did lose 10 lbs over the last 2 months.

Mon-Fri I walk to work about 3/4 miles per trip so 1.5miles a day.
3 full body workouts and 2 cardios/week.
