Lean body mass: 80.6lbs
I am about 2.9lbs underweight and would like to know what I can do to boost myself back up to 103lbs. are there any fatty foods that I can eat to gain weight quicker? I eat three times a day if not usully 2.
been managing my anxiety as best as I can and my hunger has started coming back about 2 days ago. ^.^
sorry if this is a stupid question but I am worried I am too skinny and want to gain a lot a bit back. lol
