Okay so this isn't much of a recipe but damn these rock and its a quick and easy snack or dessert.
I've been using Frieda's French Style Crepes, find these with the fresh fruit at the grocery store. At 46 cal a per plain crepe these are pretty darn tasty, by the time you add everything together two crepes should be 235-240 cal total. Its pretty big serving too, one would be plenty but most days I have to try to cram in cals at the end of the day to meet my daily goal so I eat two
2 Frieda's crepes
4 oz Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Cream yogurt, trust me it's tasty.
2 oz fresh blueberries
4 tbsp Cool Whip
Combine yogurt and berries, spoon it out and roll it up in a crepe and top with Cool Whip.
This is tasty but if you're the kind of person that freaks out about eating a little bit of HFCS this probably isn't for you. I don't make a habit out of eating HFCS but I don't think a little will kill me nor will it make me run to 7-11 for a midnight Twinkie run if I eat a little here and there.
