Blender recipe help

My kids got me a blender for valentines day to support my fitness regimen. Can anyone suggest any recipes for me or for me to treat my sons (ages 2 & 6). I lift 3 days a week and run 5 days a week, training for 1/2 marathon, triathlon and full marathon this year. or any good sites for me to research for blended fitness drinks. Thanks

I dont know about the kids, but one of my fav drinks is this:

milk
water
chocolate protein powder
peanut butter (organic natural)
oatmeal
yogurt
pysilium fiber husks
berries
banana
