bit of help on exercise names plz

hm i'm gettin baq into workotu again after a mont hoff cuz i wanted to try track which turns out i'm pretty bad at it and quit...I wanna get into this good without being random all the time...this may seem like much but I would like to know atleast 5 extremely good exercises for these muscle groups if possible please..

Chest
Upper Back (lats, traps etc)
Lower Back
Abs

Biceps
Triceps
Delts
Forearms

Quads
Hams
Calves



just the exercise name would be appreciated...I will do more research later, i plan on changing up exercises weekly but will always do certain exercises like flat bench, wide grip pull ups and swiss ball crunches
 
Chest ----- Bench, fly-outs,
Upper Back (lats, traps etc) ---- Pull-ups, latbar pull-downs
Lower Back ---- Stiff-legged deadlifts
Abs ---- Crunches, leg lifts

Biceps ---- curls
Triceps ---- dips, tricep pushdowns
Delts ---- shoulder press, upright rows
Forearms ---- reverse grip curls..

Quads ---- squats
Hams ---- hamstring curls
Calves ---- calf raises.

lateral side raises
