I'd start by getting rid of all the unhealthy food from your house - do you have times of day when binges are more likely? What do you binge on? Get rid of all the foods that you normally binge on.. I can't have white bread in the house as I'll eat 6/7 slices with butter (mouth now watering..nooo) in one go. So I just don't have it in the house. And by the time I think about going to the shop to buy it, and consider the weather, putting shoes on, etc, the craving has usually passed. Are there any healthy foods you like? If you're a fan of any particular fruits you can bulk buy them and if you binge you've got something you can eat lots and lots of without it really damaging your weight loss..
