Binged and just wondering...

So recently I went off the deep end from January will about two weeks ago where I ate at a buffet nearly ever weekend and indulged in a lot of sweets. But I grew sick of it to where now I don't touch the stuff anymore, But so if I go back to eating normally and without the buffets, grouped with my new grocery store job I just got that keeps me up and moving, will my body eventually burn through the fat I gained or will I need to coup the new work/normal diet with extra exercise to fix it? I dont care so much about how long itll take and I dont have a lot of time for the exercise, but just wondering if over time that it fixes out?

PS...my diet consists of fruit, vegetables, cereals like granola or oatmeal, and usually a meat or pasta dish for dinner and usually salad or sand-which for lunch...no fast food or soda or junk food, and now sweets lol.
