Today is February 5th. My goal is to lose the fat by April 30th. I'm getting a gym membership this weekend because 20 degrees with snow and wind is too cold to be running outside. I'll be there 5 days a week after school because it's right across the street. 80 minutes of treadmill = 10 minutes of warm up, 60 minutes of fat burning, 10 minutes of cool down. My best friend is going to be doing this with me too, so yay buddy system! In the mornings before school I will do a half hour workout in my basement on the reformer (pilates machine). I already eat great, that's how I lost the last 20 (used to be 165). I can't start yet because I'm getting ready to leave on a 2 week vacation this Thursday, and the (new) gym doesn't open until the 11th (the day I leave go figure). But right after that, my bum will be at the gym. Any motivation, comments, helpful hints will be greatly appreciated!

P.S. An update on my progress will be posted in March :]

After a lot I'm going through with my best friend, I've decided to not work out with her. It will only frustrate me and hold me back, like it has for the past 2 weeks.

Now I'm working out with *drum roll* my MOM! She went and got a membership to come with me to the gym. We are like best friends so it's not a hassle or anything. Oh and my boyfriend is supporting me too by going :]

So even though I have a broken friendship to either fix or throw out, my number one priority is my body. If she wants to step up to the plate, for once, then by all means let her. But I'm not going to let her drama get in the way of taking care of myself.

Today is Day 2 in a row at the gym :] Doing an hour of cardio and half an hour of weights, each time. Today was ab day. Yesterday was arms and some legs.

Can't run as much right now cause I had an accident falling off a ski lift and flipping behind it with my one leg buckled into the snowboard. So it got twisted up pretty bad but nothing too serious.

CW: uknown cause our scale is broken? every time we step on it, the display is Err. So when we get a new one I'll post again, with pictures! :D
