Biking the fat off

Okay, I've been doing stationary biking for a little over a year now and I've put off 60 pounds which makes me know it's working. I bike for about 50 minutes to an hour on weekdays.

I weigh 160 pounds now and based on those formulas for weight, well one of them, I forgot, I'm supposed to weigh 150 pounds. But If you were to look at my stomach you could clearly tell that I need to lose more than 10 pounds, maybe 20. Does biking help lose stomach weight? If not can you give me some remedies?

No such thing as "spot reducing". You lose weight where your genetics tell your body to lose weight. Keep losing weight, and eventually you'll hit your stomach. It's the last place to go for most people.

At the gym i go to, their bikes are the ones with fans for the wheel.. And only allowed 30 mins a day.. So i do the bike, then 15 mins in the sauna :)(at 190 dagrees) Whats a good temp for saunsa? i dont wanna over heat my self

yep, just keep up the biking and you'll eventually burn the stomach fat, too.

i dont know how your diet is but you can speed things up a bit probably by cutting back some calories. great job, BTW, that's a lot of weight you've lost!
