Challenge #1 - Lose one pound by April 5

Bike at the very least for 20 minutes very day at a moderate resistance. You should work up quit a sweat after a while, but not get out of breath as much. Use this exercise program in combination with other exercises such as ab-workouts, jogging, etc. For the best results, combine these exercises with a healthy, balanced diet.

Hi! I used to bike a lot (road bike), and I do have stationary bike at home, but I just can't bring myself to use it every day. I'm hoping once the weather starts being good, I would be able to go biking outside.
