Eat less/ more healthy, Exercise more (walking, strength training, bike riding)

the internet is my best tool. I plan to track my food on the internet and find buddies to help me. The times I have done the best are the times I have been tracking my food so I can see how well I am doing and what needs to improve.

Very unrealistic unless I do something to make it happen
