can`t belive how little weight they lost this week, with some loseing a lb or nothing atall. the uk trainers must be terribal.

I saw a weigh in at some point while over at my mother in law. I don't watch these shows, but she's into them.
There was a guy who weighed 30 stone (420 lbs), and after all the stuff they put them through, and which nearly gave that guy a heart attack, he supposedly only lost 6 lbs.
At the same time, there was a woman who was 5"10' and looked like, sorry to say, ten-ton-tiny, and they wanted me to believe that she only weighed 16 stone (224 lbs). I am 5"11', and I could have practiced Riverdance behind her, and nobody would have seen me. 26 stone maybe, but 16? Total nonsense.
The show is horrible to start with, but the UK version seems to assume that every single person in the audience is a complete retard.
