I wanted to let everyone know that Jillian Michaels has a weekly radio show out of LA each Sunday. By Monday morning, they have the radio show up on the web site for downloading to your iPod/MP3 player. She covers tons of great stuff, I learn something (usually a few somethings) from each new show.
