Big Time Cheat this weekend

Well to start things off I had been doing very well with my diet havnt even really been cheating for the last couple of weeks and have really started to notice a differance. But then this weekend came up...... Saturday I was doin great worked out and followed my diet but then a house warming party... Every one was drinking I dont drink so I had some Cherry Pepsi (3 of em) for snakes there were shrimp, homemade chips and salsa, cheese and crackers. Then there was dinner A huge steak covered in sauces couldnt be good, a huge ceaser salad, macaroni salad, baked potatoe. THen we wathced Napoliean Dynamite snacking the whole time on cheese and crackers and more chips and salsa :(. Finally got home woke up this morning and helped a friend move, nto only did I snack on candies at his house but after moving we ordered 2 large pizzas between me and 4 buddies killed em in no time but only had water to drink. Then for dinner tonight i said screw it I already been leavin my diet in the trash this weekend decided to have chicken teriyaki for dinner with a big bowl of rice. Now this is a really rare occasion for me even my girl friend was like what are you doing? And usually she is the one saying omg your so anal about your diet blah blah blah haha so starting monday morning its back to the diet and the gym to keep gettin ready for summer :) :) :)
 
no big deal, the weekend usually seems to be the diet breaker for most people so your not alone, i myself didnt nescasarrly pig out this weekend but i didnt follow my diet at all, however, on saturday i ate two plate fulls of instant mashed taters(not the best for ya) salmon covered in some sauce(pretty good for me) and greenbeans. Now i know that doesnt sound bad but two full plates for me means stacking it up so that it rises 2 inches thick above the plate. :( but somehow i look better this weekend so i think the workin out has been pumpin my metabolism.
anyways i forgot where i was going with this other than don't worry too much.
