Big Question..

I was talking to this girl at work the other day, saying she does Pilates or did(befor she got pregnet) and she really got into shape..

Now even tho she tells me i look good already(I beg to defer) I was wondering, Are there any men that do Pilates out there? if there are, what do u think of it..

Im male/21 220-225lbs 5'8"

Anything that you keep consistent with will yield results but only if your diet is dialed in correctly.
 
The hardest thing for me is to keep a study diet.. I rarely go to the gym due to the cost, I eat what is made for me when i wake up befor work.. Some people say its not hard to start a diet and keeping it going, But for me, it is.. Only kind of exersice i do is walking and lifeing at work(mainly walmart stock)

And theres nothing really healthy to eat at walmart for when i take a lunch..
 
So? Stop making excuses for yourself. Pilates isn't magic -- it's not going to make you ripped if you don't do anything else right. Do you honestly think that admitting your mistakes and shortcomings is an excuse to continue what you've been doing?

"Ah...I eat like **** all the time. Therefore, i should keep eating like ****. My life is hard."

If you really want it, then get it. If not, then, well...oh well.
 
I know I am...but that all doesn't matter unless you want it. No one is going to do it for you. You have to get your priorities straight and get cracking on this stuff. If you need extra motivation and information, that's what we're here for. We can't do it for you.

From what you were initially asking, it sounds like you don't know that much about fitness. That's completely fine, ignorance isn't an excuse, but it is a big deterrant. Get educated. Start reading and start interacting more. You'll find that the more you know, the more empowered you become.
