after getting a couple stints put in my heart last year i am buy the dr. suppose to get in better shape i work out 3 days a week lift tues. tred mil 20min than lift 20mi thus tred 30mi sat tred mil 20 min lift 20min things are going ok trying to cut carbs down not really that much fat on me but my big hard stomach i dont do any ab exersises is this way see lots of people with this kind of build what are some good ab exersizes dont want a real tough program or i will slowly skip more and more of them any advise will be helpful
