Big Butt Help Needed

Hi. Im new here so take it easy on my feelings. haha.

I have been working out for almost 2 months. I gained alot of weight after having my baby and I have trouble getting it off. So far I have lost 5 lbs and my arms are finally toning and so it my stomach, but my butt is still fat.
I can feel the muscle underneather the fat, but what can I do about my fat butt? Its sick. I am starting look skinny, but this butt has to go.

Clean up your diet, do weights and cardio. That's a VERY basic answer so if we get more information about your current workout routine and diet we can probably elaborate more.
 
There are several recene threads about this very thing. I also post 5 tips to fat loss a lot. Here they are once again...

1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.


2) Drink a cup of water at each meal.


3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.


4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.


5) Strength Training. Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method. If you need more guidance or exercise ideas you can head over


All of the above things combined will result in fat loss.
 
Make a change in your diet and your workout. You need to do this every 4-8 weeks. Try to add cardio in the morning, this will boost your metabolism.

No carbs after 4-6 p.m - eat carbs in the day time, when you are active.

Try to massage your butt under the hot shower, honestly this don't help, but may be you need some psychological treatment, and may be physically treating of butt will make you feel that you have progress.

Start to think positive for your butt, imagine that it is sexy, nice butt, that you have the perfect butt. Imagine is the first creation - action is second :)
