Big butt and tired of it..

ok it's a bit embarrassing but i must ask for help
i'm a guy, and my butt is a bit bigger than other guys(yeah people diss me about that ) [it has more fat probably ,not big wide\length-wise])
i'm not fat,nor skinny im 170 cm(5'6) and my weight is 64 kilos (141 pound i think)
i think i should inform you that i almost never worked out,had myself running/jogging in any way you can think of(soccer, basket ball etc)
just countless hours in front of the computer (even though its all bygones now)
i'm looking for an explanation but i can't find one..any suggestions of how to get rid of this "fat ***" will be appreciated
links for exercises, how to's and rest would be great
P.S - i'm doing it for myself, not for other people to stop joking about that.
thanks in advance :)

Why not just start some type of exercise routine. I rotate cardio and strength training and I've seen results with that. I don't really think you can spot reduce weight so I'd just try to start working on being consistent with your exercise in general and I think you'd see results.

Unfortunately, the places I want the fat to go away are the last ones to see results. Its the way of the world. That said, if you were to build muscle and lose some bodyfat by calorie deficit, I feel sure you would like your rear end much more! If you are out of balance proportion wise, maybe you could place emphasise on your upper body development?

I have suffered from flat flabby booty most of my life and I do a lot of squats and lunges to build it and perk it up. Having a hard shapely butt is going to look good even if it is big. I think bubble butts ( as long as they fit the aforementioned critieria) are hawt on men or women.

Spot reducing is not possible as was already mentioned. I have read and know it from my own training that working the larger muscle groups like legs and core is going to burn the most bodyfat. Good luck!

Remember that losing fat and getting in shape is a marathon and not a sprint. Just keep at it and feel good for every moment you work toward your goal. Forgive yourself the ones that you forget about the long term. :)

You can't spot-reduce....no specific exercise will make it smaller, no particular eating will affect it. You just have to reduce the fat. Diet, exercise and preferably a combination of both...results should follow at a disappointingly slow rate...but it'll happen, stay the course!

Yup... as these guys have said already, you cannot eliminate fat in one specific area. Your body gets rid of fat proportionally... that means you'll lose it all over your body. Which is not a bad thing at all in my opinion.

I've never heard of this problem from a guy before... sounds like a quality problem. One solution... find a chick who likes asses on guys yo! ;)

But if you really want to shed fat... take a look at my fitness report... its a FREE download and it has a fat burner routine for which I've been getting great feedback. Well... of course it has... i use it personally. It's too long to list here (3 week program).
Go here:

Another thing you can do simultaneously is start kickboxing. Kicking, in my opinion has been the reason for my toned ass-muscles (glutes... if you want to get technical). I have put more women on kickboxing programs than ever before and none of them have had anything but positive things to say about it. They b**ch every now and then about how intense it is... but hey, it delivers results.

So give that a whirl and the fat on your ass... along with everywhere else on your body should melt away.

Good luck!

As other stated, you can't spot reduce. However, you can just start some sort of exercise. I highly recommend running as it is fun and it burns a heck of a lot of calories by doing basically nothing.

Another thing, it can be your clothes. I mean some clothes tend to make certain areas of your body bigger than others.

Another tip is to watch your eating habits. You said you sit in front of the computers for extended hours of the day. If you're snacking a lot during this time period, you could be eating a lot more calories than needed. So just watch that, and try to replace snacking with some other behavior.

The best thing that I have found to produce quick results is interval training and bodyweight exercises. Instead of running long distance, try running a mile, or a half mile as fast as you can. Try Hill sprints on for size. that will get your butt working in conjuction with your legs. Good Luck!
