big boy from illinois/limited exercise equipment

hello,
im a 27 year old from illinois. 5'10" closing in on 280 lbs. About 3 1/2 years ago i went from throwing boxes ranging from 36 lbs up to 90 lbs to driving a forklift all day. About 3 years ago I quit smoking, then i put weight on like crazy. I swear im the only person to quit smoking and be in worse shape!

Anyway, I feel its time to (finally) do something before my health completely deteriorates. My first goal is 30 lbs so i can go skydiving (weight limit is 250)...

I am also looking for different workouts/routines with the limited equipment (and space) i have. I have a straight bar, curling bar, and an exercise bike. I want to drop weight but bulk my arms up as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
