AI started my weight loss journey the beginning of 2011. I was 6'4 385,I strived all year worked hard and ate right.I got to my lowest of 309.Towards the end of the year around October or so everything went down hill and fast. I have been working out on and off but can not seem to stay consistent. I weighed and this pass Sunday at 356. I have made my fourth straight day working out,but still getting cravings late at night right before bed is when I screw up,then I feel like it was a wasted day. I will get this post updated with my weekly Friday weigh in. Any help or thoughts with my over eating before bed will be greatley appreciated.
 
It has been a long week. I got to the gym 6 days this week. I did cardio for 40 Min's Sunday - Thursday,and manged to do 20 Min's today. I lost 3lbs for the week. I know I could have done allot better because I over ate every night this week after work at 11pm. 353lbs
 
Well,I though I had a better week but the scale showed other wise. I worked out four days this week and slowed the snacking down at night. I still had one or two rough nights but only managed to loose 1lb. It aggravates me because I kow I can do so much better. I hope next week will be better.352
 
Abigbill, it might help if you write a little more detail here so we can help you get things moving in the right direction more :)

Thanks I was never really big on typing,but I have been reading other diaries,and going to try to update daily on how I am feeling and whats going on.I had a pretty good week worked out cardio 6 days straight,and ate good all week. I managed to loose 5LBS this week,which puts me at 347.8.
 
I weighed in yesterday for another loss of 2.8 LBS. It was another great week of working out and eating right. I am kinda of having a rough day today,we had a 16 hr plant shutdown last night until this morning feeling tired and groggy ready to go home and to bed. 345lbs
 
It was another rough week. i worked some crazy hour the past week and I did not get back on schedule and eating right until wed. I weighted in this morning and was still 345.6.I was kind of expecting not to loose, but was still upset. I left the gym aggravated and ate MacDonald's breakfast and had Popeye's for lunch. Now I feel like total crap tired and my stomach has been cramped up all day.I usually take either Fridays or Saturdays as my free day,but I am going to try to stop that because I always over due on my off days.345.6
 
Well,This week is pretty much shot allready. Saturday evening at work I filet my thumb nail off. I had to get 6 stiches in thumb and they have me on antibotics and some strong pain killer,so all I have been doing is eating and sleeping and going to doctors. I have not worked out since friday and have not been eating good also.It seems like everytime I get my routine going again then something pops up then I go right back down hill.
 
I am back fighting again went up to 369 after finger accident,and been working out for 2 weeks and eating right I am now down to 358,I am still facing late night binges that ruin my motivation because I feel like I wasted the week when i give in and pig out at night.
