Biceps,Triceps,Forearms

I need some workouts for these parts of my arms any suggestions?

I want to have nice built arm so that I don't have to flex to have it look nice also I wouldn't mind having some "veins" popout.

What I have at my home gym
Dumbells 5lbs 10 lbs 15lbs and 20lbs
Bench press machine goes up to 300 lbs

I am only 14 but can any one help me accomplish this?
 
Whoa, there is sooo much info, and you gotta do your whole body not just your arms, you can do them too, but not only arms.

What do you mean by bench press "machine?" Like a regular bench?? if you have up to 300 pounds for a bench you can do tons of exercises. I don't even know where to begin, have you searched around the forum yet? I would advise doing that first if you haven't.
