I am trying to even out my biceps becuase my left arm is smaller then my right. I'm basically just trying to get them symmertical. So what I've been doing is on my bicep days just doing a few more sets with just my left arm. Then the rest of the week I do 2 or 3 sets of 6 with a heavier weight then normal just randomly throughout the day. I was wondering, is this counter productive, and if so does anyone else have some suggestions? Thanks a lot.
