Biceps different sizes???

I'm a 14-year-old student and I play a ton of sports. Basketball, soccer, track, baseball, probably football text year, swimming. I'll probably drastically cut those down next year in high school.
I'm 5' 2'' and 116 pounds. I barely work out. Occasionally I'll do a mile on the treadmill, do some pull-ups, sit-ups, but that's it. My big problem that is always bothering me is that even though I have pretty big biceps for someone who doesnt really work out, my right bicep is slightly bigger than my left (i'm right-handed.)

What do I do??? Do I stop working on my right arm and only my left until they are even??

I have a similar setup with my biceps only, it isn't that one is bigger than the other, its that one 'appears' to be bigger than the other. My left bicep sits slightly to one side on the bone so, when doing a traditional bicep flex, the right one appears to be larger. Could this also be what you're experiencing?

If not, I would imagine that training both biceps at the same level with the same weights should balance them out eventually. Is the right one a lot stronger than the left or, just larger?

Simple - Never do more with your right arm that you can do with your left.

Do your curls left handed first, then do THE SAME with your right arm. Your left should catch up.

If you do more with your right, just becaues you feel you can, then your right will always be stronger.

If you are really worried, you could do more with your left than your right, but you might over-shoot your goal and end up with a larger left arm, and still be uneven.

If it's not that greater a difference, don't worry about it.

Look at your hands, is your right one leaner and stronger then your left?
Probably. We tend to favour one side, it's not a big deal.

If for some reason it really gets to you, try using your left arm more often just for day-to-day things, picking up your school bag, carrying books, whatever else you do. - this has a double benefit of improving the dexterity and coordination of your "off" arm as well.

I am a live example of what Monster is talking about. I am right handed.
My right side, for that reason, is stronger than left side. To balance it, I started to do few extra reps with left arm. And now I have bigger biceps and triceps on left arm. I am now trying to strengthen right arm.

Basic rule, I think, is to do the same work-out with both sides and not to move on to the bigger weights just because one side can.

im the same way.... my left is about 1\4 inch bigger then my right, but the trick is to get them huge so u can barely tell :) hehe..... but never train one and not thee other.

Figure out which parts of the arm is bigger specifically, to find out what you need to target. For example, is the right bulkier? Is it the tricep, bicep, shoulder(delts), pecs? Build bulk for those specific areas if need be, or tone if need be. My left forearm is probably better than my right. It's much more toned, although the right is a little bit larger. I have better circulation(veins sticking out) in my left arm because I've worked it harder than the right to return the balance. My case is unusualy because I write with my left hand, but I'm mostly right handed.
