by AllCdnBoy: link Stand in a split stance with the band under the front foot. Hold onto the exercise band with both hands at about hip height. Elbows should be bent at about 90 degrees.

Keeping your elbows bent, exhale and lift your hands up, pulling on the exercise band.

Continue until your hands are over your head. Inhale and return to the start position slowly.

Repeat 10-12 times, rest, the repeat the exercise if desired.
