I haven't worked out in a week but I have been staying active playing tennis, playing catch, and doing HIIT. Just a couple of days ago, I felt some pain in the bicep area. I can feel it when I stretch out my arm in a straight line. There's also some redness in the area.
This isn't the first time it's happened. I've felt it before many months ago but it eventually went away after a few days.
