Bf %

I have been dieting for around four months now and i dont know what my body fat percentage was but i weighed 158 and now i weigh 136 and my body fat percentage is 26.1% I think that seems a Little high i was expecting 15% or something because in my legs im gettin really muscular. It is just my belly that has flab on it.
 
fat is all over your body, all your organs have fat, and you have layers of fat every where, and if you did that stupid electrical impotence test, thats probally your problem those things are so inaccruate.
 
lol yes i did do it that way...lol sorry i think next time i go for my doctor check up on june 29 i think ill have him do it for me with one of those pinches thingy's

You definitely don't want an amateur doing your BF% w/ calipers. It takes hundreds of times of practice and most people will get different measurements every time. Your best bet is to go to a gym and have a personal trainer do it. Some do it for free, I believe?

I personally don't measure my BF. Nor do I weigh myself. I just go by how I look and how my clothes fit. I think they're the most reliable ways of checking progress.

this site is also very good even if you don't have calipers and provides all the sufficient tables that you may want to refer to, man or woman. it's best if you do have calipers though because it uses the measurements you get from each part of your body and is a lot easier than measuring circumferences etc.
