Best way to reduce extra fat off tummy

Have you taken a look around at some of the sticky threads? There is a lot of information there that can get you started. With no information about you, your preferences, or what types of activities you have available to you, it's a bit difficult to make good suggestions for what you should do. That being said, I would suggest starting with weight training 2-3 days per week. Use that as your foundation, then add other activities, like cardio, sports, etc., as your time allows.

Fat loss happens on a cellular level and you have fat cells all over your body. To lose fat in the tummy area you'll have to lose fat everywhere so the key is to burn more
calories than you consume. You want to eat good carbs (google glycemic index and stick to the carbs that have a low GI as these will not spike insulin levels which triggers fat storage). Eat lean proteins, healthy fats (mono and polyunsaturated - avoid saturated & trans fats), and plenty of vegetables. Eat clean, unprocessed foods and drink lots of water. Most importantly, make sure your input is lower than your output.
