Best way to lose pot belly?

Lift weights: muscle burns more calories throughout the day
Mix up your cardio: Make sure you mix in high intensity intervals at some point.
Eat healthy: Make sure your protein sources don't contain a lot of saturated fats, sugars, cholesterols, or sodium.

Can't spot reduce. If all your fat is in your stomach, you'll simply have to continue full-body training, including moderate abdominal training, to reduce overall body fat percentage.

All excellent sources of protein! Try a whey protein shake; whey is not only a fantastic source of protein, it has also been suggested that whey boosts your immune system.

Try a multi-vitamin too. Food provides energy, vitamins help to release it.

the protein sources you listed are all lean, low cholesterol sources. cholesterol intake gets bad if you only eat red meats and pork for your protein, or lots and lots and lots of egg yolks.

the right foods in the right places, combined with the right training methods will get you the results.

Good luck

It is a common mistake that (dietary) cholestrol - in food - affects your cholestrol. It is certain sat. fats that increases cholestrol. Egg yokes will not affect your cholestrol, in fact there is plenty of evidence to suggest they will actually lower it. Just a small point, if somewhat off topic

The only way to lose fat is to eat less calories than you consure, around 300-500. And don't have carbs too close to bed too.

Well Cardio will help you on contrary extent but aerobics and Zumba fitness will help you to loose your table muscles and helps you to tone and emerge the proper shaping of your toned ebbs.

To add to the above- you need about 300mg of dietary cholesterol daily for healthy functioning of the endocrine system. Also, you keep mentioning your high protein diet, but what about your carbs, fats, and total calories? Protein is 4 calories per gram, same as carbs, and shouldn't constitute more than 30% of your total caloric intake. If you are eating above your basal metabolic rate, it doesn't matter how much protein you are getting, you won't lose body fat.
