best supplement for my needs..???

Hey every1, im 19, weigh around 235-240 lbs (110kg). I used to juggle crazy weight losses and gains, losing more than 50lbs, then gaining more than 70lbs. I am just sick of all these ups and downs with my weight, so im taking action!

Getting to gym 4 days a week, 1 day tough cardio, 3 days intense weight training, plus taking an extra day at home to work my favourite muscles (biceps, triceps, chest and abs)

I want to LOSE WEIGHT but at the same time GAIN MUSCLE!!!

Should i change the workout i stated above or stick to it?

What supplements are best for me wanting to lose weight but also gain muscle..???

Do lose weight&gain muscle supplements work? or should i concentrate on losing weight first then using supplements to help build muscle???

Skip the supplements. Work on cleaning up your diet and losing the weight first, then work on adding lean muscle mass.
 
No supplement does that. As stated, you can't easily gain muscle AND lose fat, so pick one goal and focus on it first.
Also 4 days a week isn't enough. The human body was designed to hunt and gather...WORK...all day. So 4 hours spread out over 7 days isn't really much work to burn off the fat.

An hour of activity per day is a better route, for both fat loss and physical fitness, not to mention heart health.

the only supplement you need is dedication.
 
thanks guys, cleaning up diet, eating lots of fish and other low fat foods. Cutting the "rubbish"!!

Hey dude! If you really want to lose weight and gain muscle then do P90X! It's helped me get into the best shape of my life. It's basically the same routine you are doing now and then some! It's 3 days a week of strength training, 2 days cardio and 1 day of yoga (yes I said Yoga). Awesome program that will produce awesome results. It lays everything out for you (diet, workouts, what, when and where). It's a total package!
