best signature line ever

nothing tastes...

"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels," never did much for me. You might as well say, "Nothing tastes as good as traveling to Mars feels." I just have to take your word for it, because I don't KNOW how skinny feels. I've been overweight my whole adult life, and most of my teens. Now, I KNOW chocolate tastes pretty darn good!

Oh well, I don't know if I will ever know how skinny feels, as my goal weight is more "healthy" than "skinny". I don't like being fat, but I don't think I would like being skinny, either. I think "Nothing tastes as good as not being fat feels," would be a tagline I could really get!

I told that to my Mom and acsually had to explain it to her... O.O

I think the "Are 5 minutes of pleasure worth hours of guilt?" one is pretty good

Hmm...reminds me of my cousin's favorite quote (she's a model): "A moment of pleasure on your lips, and forever on your hips"

Or something like that...she told me that quite often in the last few years:rolleyes:

I have to say, I've never known what it feels like to be "skinny" either.

HOWEVER,

The sig line "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" has been with me for over a week. I say it to myself when I'm really wanting to *over eat*

When I say it to myself, I find that I'm ok with eating whatever it is I want to eat, i.e., a desert, or some chocolate, or my hashbrowns, sausage & fried eggs - however, saying it reminds me that I don't need to eat too much.

That one sig line has helped me more than anything ever has.

I want to feel skinny - and skinny for me isn't model skinny. It's what I would consider healthy for my height & frame (large bones, 5'9" and 150-155 lbs).

I want to feel that.

And I'll work damn hard to feel it ;)
