best shoulder exercises

I second that, these are great and work your entire shoulder.
This is where you use dumbells and raise them up from your sides, correct??

Or do you raise them straight out in front of you?

not sure, but I think you're bent over and you just raise your arms...I call them bent over arm raises...this is just a guess though, great for rear delts and back..

With shoulders its important to know that your shoulders lift the arms (as in upright row) then push the arms (as in shoulder press), and they raise the arms (as in latural raise)

Always work your shoulders and traps together, and work 1 of each movement

could try dumbell press, close grip upright row, and latural cable raise.

or for the mass building guys clean and double press, then some dumbell raises.

I usually throw in some reverse cable flyes

My shoulder and traps routine is as follows:

Seated Dumbbell Presses
One Arm Front Dumbbell Raises
Dumbell Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Shrugs
Barbell Upright Rows

I think it may be too much. Its good and better than most but it depends how hard you push yourself.

Personally I would have a hard time doing som many exercises.

Try doing a lift, clean and press, its hard work, but it really is addictive and your working many muscle groups.

do lift, clean and press or lift clean and double press 5 sets of 5
then that will account for your seated delt press, shrugs and rows.
