Hey guys, I got a little bit fat, since I've started my online business ventures. I am 6'3 and almost 200lbs. I was never heavier in my life and weights that I thought were unimabinable for a someone who is a skinny guy like me, became reallity and frightened me.
I am working out for 3 years so I am pretty bulked, so my reasons might not be the same as yours, and you might tell me that I am not fat, I am concerened about my overweight, not because of my current situtation, but as the years pass, I won't be young and energetic as I am right now, so I am concerened about my future.
I am strong willed, but I want the community to hold me accountable. At the moment I am 194 lbs heavy and I intend to go as low as 170 lbs, until the summer time. I will try to document the products that I've used and the nutrition that I had.
I hope that I will motivate and inspire you to get on the same path.
