What do you guys believe is the best protein supplement out currently.
I'm currently drinking between 1(non-workout days) to 2-3(heavy workout days) of GNC MassXXX. 50g of Protein and the extra calories keep me going when I'm lifting but I'm wondering if there is anything better generally.
