best method of cardio for losing fat is...

walking for 45 minutes at moderate intensity? It was stated as the trick used by bodybuilders pre-contest to shed fat...what do you guys think? Maybe at a speed of 4.5 or so on an incline? I will try today
 
There is no single best way to loose fat. Even if there was 1 magic cardio exercise that was better than all the others, it would do nothing if your weight training and diet were not up to scratch.

You should look in to HIIT as that is by far the best technique, but the exercise is up to you.

well what exactly is your muscle level and BF%, cause unless you are a BB pre-contest then maybe this isn't the best way for you to lose weight.

I am gathering this is probably be LIT and the thought behind it is that it uses a higher percentage of fat to fuel it compared to other exercise techniques, however would be only trying to lose fat while trying to maintain as much muscle mass as possible while already at a low enough BF%.
Although LIT will use a higher percentage of fat, overall other techinques can burn more total calories, including more fat so it just depends on what exactly you need
