Best meal replacement shake....

Hello all, I am currently recovering from a foot surgery (plantar fasciitis) and I am limited to only swimming or pool activities for exercising right now. I'm looking to loose a little weight (10-15lbs) before Spring break (April). I would like to find a good meal replacement shake to use for breakfast or lunch to help me lower my calorie intake.

I'm also interested in any dietary supplements that are useful for weight loss or increasing metabolism.
 
if you want to lose weight, the best morning drink is water, but black coffee will also work. stop eating at 8pm and do not eat again until noon the next day. you will lose weight.
 
Put the scrambled eggs into the blender. But seriously, water is the best meal replacement in the morning.
