Best Excerise

I am eating correctly. What i want to know is which exercise i should do to put this fat on me away. Which ones should i do that work the best?

That's a very bad question.

Every exercise will benefit you and encourage fat loss. A good question for you is what do you have available to help you reach your goals?
 
What Nobody said is true, any exercise is good. Although I cannot recommend just one exercise, you should find an exercise you enjoy doing, or at least one you are motivated to do. I hate swimming, so why would I force myself to go and swim? I wouldn't, I would choose an exercise I can stick to for quite some time. Also, don't "overuse" an exercise, switch up your program every now and then. Keep it fresh :)
 
Heck.. for me I walk 30mins, about 2 miles, and lift weights for 30mins, three times a week.. Then on the weekends I run 3 miles, three times.. The other two days per week are rest days. For me, it's been working great, and I feel great too!
 
No one exercise will do it. You need cardio/aerobic exercise (with variety) and weight training/resistance exercise (working the ENTIRE body).
 
To the OP I would suggest you burn fat n build muscle with a combination of 5X5 weight training, HIIT and a deficit diet.

Diet : Deficit Diet with Proteins, Complex Carbs and Healthy Fats e.g eat 2750 cals if your maintenance is 3000
