hye all
recently, i have been getting really tired quite early, and sometimes am unable to do my 2nd workout on a particular day. problem is that i get up at 6 to do a morning 30min workout b4 leaving at 7:45 4 school. i get back at 4:30ish, l8er on sum days, and eat dinner at 6:30-7
i go 2 bed early- no later than 10 30 and i sleep kinda wwell
so essntially, what im asking, is can i take coffee or a caffeine supplement or something else 2 keep me awake in the evenings, or do i just need to go 2 bed earlier- i hope not
