Hey, I really want to start gaining heaps of muscle and definition but i no if i try to bulk to early all that will happen is that i'll probally get fatter and slow down my metabolism cause i won't have enough testrome. When is the best age to bulk. I'm 15 and I am about 5.4 foot. Is this going to be a good age to bulk successfully. And is there a way to bulk without losing lots of results and gaining heaps of fat. Is so what is it?
