For breakfast or lunch, I often have a berry parfait(with fresh or frozen berries).
-1 nonfat yoghurt
-1/2 cup sliced berries(strawberries and blueberries are good)
-1/4 cup granola
This should come in at around 200 cals, depending on the brands you use. It's simplae but filling and yummy. The berries add sweetness, the granola adds crunch, and the yoghurt gives you protein.
