Bench press tips and workout routines

The main thing I want to do is make a Sticky on this forum about the Bench press(that's if i'm allowed), so if anybody has any information on anything about Bench pressing, please post. This is all I can think of to say and it sounds so square to read what I'm saying.:D
 
Work more then chest

To build a good bench it is important to have strong triceps, shoulders, and lats. Work on these and the bench will get better.
